Day 84 #isolationcreationpartdeux ⠀
Being a photographer never ends. There is no “off switch” when it’s convenient. You never know when a moment is going to hit you or even present itself. Yesterday evening was magic without warning. I stood up from my kitchen table and walked to the window waiting to be opened to the experience. The controlled burning by the farmers, the chimneys in town, the hazy clouds that picked up and dispersed the last of the day's light while the proud moon came marching in. The birds singing along with their nightly dance reminded me of a quote I read once, “The steady eye of the crow and the camera’s candid eye see as honestly as they know-how, but they lie.” —W.H. Auden ⠀
