All sales are final, however if your print arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing email a photo and your order number to email@example.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
Damage to your poster print
Please report damage within 3 weeks of receiving your damaged poster, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Returned to sender
If your item was returned to or printing facility for any reason please get in touch with us within 3 weeks of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Our posters are printed on demand and while the effects of Covid-19 persist, we can only send through regular mail. Once your item has been shipped and reaches the destination country it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with postal services to locate packages.
We cannot guarantee delivery times until the shipping situation around the world improves.
