Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply to paid memberships offered by Ann Street Studio LLC ("we," "us") dba The Starling Club through club.jamiebeck.co. They form part of our Terms of Use. Please read the automatic renewal terms in Section 3 carefully.

1. Membership Tiers and Benefits

We offer the membership tiers described on the Site at the time you join annually. Benefits may include member-only content, community spaces, early or priority access to events and trips, member pricing, and live sessions. We may refresh, improve, or replace benefits from time to time. If we materially reduce the core benefits of your tier, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused part of a prepaid term.

2. Joining

To join, you must be 18 or older, create an account, and provide a valid payment method. Membership is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred. Gift memberships, if offered, are for the term purchased and do not renew automatically unless the recipient chooses to continue.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. When you join, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

Quarterly: $50 plus applicable taxes, every month on the date you joined;
Annual: $150 plus applicable taxes, every year on the anniversary of the date you joined.

At checkout we will show you the price, billing frequency, and how to cancel, and ask for your express consent, by a checkbox or similar affirmative step, before charging you. We will email you a confirmation that includes these terms and how to cancel.

Reminders. For annual memberships, we will email you a reminder between 15 and 45 days before each renewal. We will also send each member an annual reminder of the membership's terms and how to cancel.

Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after the notice period. You may cancel before then.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time, online, by going to MANAGE ACCOUNT > SUBSCRIPTIONS > CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION or by emailing kevin@jamiebeck.co. You do not need to speak to anyone to cancel. If we present you with an offer before you cancel, you may decline it with a single click and continue cancelling. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your benefits continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Except as described in this section or required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Annual renewals: if you forget to cancel before an annual renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full, provided you have not used member-only benefits during that new term (such as member pricing or event access).
EU and UK consumers, 14-day right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from a new membership within 14 days of joining without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the membership immediately and then withdraw, we will refund you minus a proportionate amount for the days you were a member. To withdraw, email kevin@jamiebeck.co with a clear statement. A model withdrawal form is included at the end of these terms.

6. Member Conduct and Confidentiality

Membership spaces are built on trust. Members agree to follow the community rules in our Terms of Use, keep member-only content and other members' personal stories confidential, and not record, screenshot for sharing, or redistribute live sessions. We may suspend or end a membership for serious or repeated breaches. If we end your membership for a breach, no refund is owed; if we end it for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid term.

7. Events and Trips Through Membership

Membership may give you access to book events and trips, but each booking is a separate purchase governed by our Event & Travel Terms. Membership fees do not include event or trip prices unless we say so expressly.

8. Changes or Closure of the Membership

We may change these Membership Terms on 30 days' email notice. If we discontinue a membership program, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid term.
