Terms of Sale, Shipping & Returns

These Shop Terms apply to prints, books, digital downloads, and other products ("Products") purchased from the Ann Street Studio shop at www.jamiebeck.co. They form part of our Terms of Use.


1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a Product is unavailable, was listed with a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.


2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to show Products accurately. Prints are produced from original photographs, so screen settings may cause slight differences in color, and hand-finished or limited-edition works may show minor natural variations. Limited editions are numbered and, where stated, signed; once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted in the same size and format.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

4. Shipping

  • Processing time: 14 business days; made-to-order and framed works 4 weeks.

  • Shipping regions and rates: shown at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect artwork on arrival and photograph any damage before discarding packaging.

  • Damaged or lost parcels: tell us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at kevin@jamiebeck.co with photos, and we will replace the item or refund you.

5. Returns: Physical Products

  • Standard prints and products: All sales are final. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or wrong. You can find details for returns on the item's packing slip. Due to the nature of some items which are custom printed or one-of-a-kind pieces we cannot accept returns, but we will cover the cost of replacement or repair.


  • Custom, personalized, framed-to-order, and commissioned works are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty, except where the law requires.

  • EU and UK consumers: you have a legal right to withdraw from most purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us within that period (the model form at the end of this policy may be used), then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the item price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof of return. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

6. Faulty Products and Your Legal Rights

If a Product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable on the Site for Products, memberships, or Experiences, have no cash value except where required by law, and expire 2 years from purchase, where permitted by law.
