Today I woke up and looked out over the wintery Provence landscape and felt it’s barren stillness. “What will I shoot” I thought to myself. I rubbed my face in the bathroom mirror, my wild tangled hair reminding me of the branches outside. The gowns have gone, the flowers expired... all that’s left is me.
