Still life with Cosmos on a rainy Saturday...⠀
I love the market days in the rain, so does the female farmer who grew these flowers just up the hill from the village in which I live. She tells me, “The garden is being watered and I can enjoy the quiet.” There in the rain, like a lullaby found somewhere over the rainbow, these cosmos seemed to have descended from the heavens above to paint this black and white day with the color of life.
