Day 30 #isolationcreation
I have been dreaming about creating this arrangement and photograph since I found the hatched egg on my walk home from the farm stand last week, the same day I discovered the peonies had been dropped off for me by a friend in town from her garden. Two days ago I put all the tulips and peonies from my mantel in the refrigerator hoping they would make it to Sunday, picking up the rest of spring on a post Easter egg hunt walk with Eloise. Some pansies, cherry blossoms, one newly budding lilac and a few irises were among our discoveries today. Yesterday’s wisteria found it self re-interpreted into today’s symphony and as I brought this cornucopia of flowers together I knew this moment in time will soon draw to a close both for the landscape and for us.
