Printing and shipping during the COVID-19 Pandemic
July 4th, 2020
Orders to Australia and New Zealand continue to see long delays. Australia Post has been routing packages to cargo ships which is much, much slower than cargo planes, and is causing long delays. If you are ordering to countries in this region please be aware that delays are guaranteed.

All poster orders are printed on demand, and due to high demand at our printing facility there is an 8-12 business day delay between your ordering being placed and when it is printed and shipped. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope as more printing facilities open back up this delay will be greatly reduced.

Printing and shipping is still seeing delays. The estimated time for a poster to be printed and shipped from our printing facility has increased to 8-12 days from when the order is placed. Our printers are working hard to get fulfillment times down to a few days as facilities open back up and covid-19 related restrictions are lifted.
For now, we ask that you still have extra patience while posters are being printed and shipped.

International shipments continue to be delayed. Major shipping hubs around the world are getting backed up and long lines are forming for packages to be placed on cargo planes. Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand will experience delays of several weeks.
Orders to the United States are relatively unaffected. Posters are printed 4-8 days after the order is placed and shipping time averages 7 days after that.

International shipping is seeing delays. Many countries are holding shipments at their borders for health and safety reasons, so please allow an additional 10 business days from your delivery estimate. Orders outside of the US are printed in the EU. Orders to Canada are also printed in the EU and will likely continue that way until the US printing facilities are working at full capacity.
Orders to the United States are printed in North Carolina and delivery times are unpredictable, ranging from a few days to a couple weeks.

Some printing fulfillment centers in the United States are adapting to the COVID-19 situation with reduced workforces and social distancing which will likely cause some delay in printing and shipping. We will continue to monitor their status and provide updates and adapt as necessary. EU facilities remain unaffected.

Orders are printed and shipped as quickly as possible, but due to the unpredictable nature of COVID-19 please keep in mind that delivery times may be impacted as the situation develops. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but you will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once the print has left the shipping facilities.
As parts of the United States enter stay-at-home orders there may be closures in printing facilities which will delay deliveries of orders. We will be monitoring the situation with our printers and update this page as it develops.
